The Board of T&G Global Limited (T&G) is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Director, Mr Mau Wah Liu.
Mr Liu has more than 30 years of extensive experience in the produce industry and enterprise management.
In 1998, he founded Golden Wing Mau Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. He is the Chairman of Golden Wing Mau Agricultural Produce Corporation (Joy Wing Mau Group), which he established in 2003.
The Joy Wing Mau Group currently holds 19.99% of T&G.
Mr Liu has won numerous industry honours and awards, including receiving the China Fruit Marketing Association Award “Person of the Year” in 2016.
Mr Liu is not an independent director.
